真空系统管道气体流场分析与仿真

摘    要:基于CFD技术,运用ANSYS软件结合气体运动基本理论,以电子束焊接真空系统中管道设计为例,在高真空条件下,对气体在管道和真空室的流动状态、速度、压力分布进行2D有限元数值模拟仿真和可视化研究,重点分析了气体平均自由程与压力的关系;平均自由程和管道口径大小及进入管道分子的数量的关系。为真空系统管道参数确定和结构优化设计提供了有参考价值的数据。

Abstract:The 2D finite element analysis and numerical simulation method is used to research the velocity,the distributing pressure,the flowing state of gas in pipe and vacuum chamber based on the structure of the pipeline for vacuum system of electron beam welding,according to the theory of gas movement and CFD.The research focused on these relationships between the mean free path and pressure of gas,between the mean free path and the pipe diameter as well as the quantity of molecular which enter the pipe.This resea...
