| 摘 要： | 振动是影响通用小型汽油机可靠性、耐久性的重要指标.按照国家标准GB/T 10398推荐的试验装置要求建立了一套通用小型汽油机振动测试系统,以168F汽油机为研究样机,分析了通用小型汽油机的结构特点及影响振动的因素;对168F汽油机进行多工况的振动测试与分析,结果表明168F汽油机由于采用无轴平衡方式平衡往复惯性力,整机当量振动烈度偏大,分析给出了减小振动的方法和措施.
