| Abstract: | Screw-clamping mechanism is widely used in fixture.This kind of mechanism has simple structure and works firmly.But it is time-consuming and strenuous and may cause deformation,exerts an influence on machining accuracy.These advantages and disadvantages must be considered carefully when a fixture is to be designed.A fine replacement for screw-clamping mechanism in gear-hobbing fixture is presented in this article. |
