摘    要:螺旋夹紧机构在夹具中广泛使用。这种机构结构简单、夹紧牢靠,但使用时费时费力,且容易引起变形,影响加工精度,因此设计夹具时必须认真考虑其利弊。文中介绍了一种滚齿夹具螺旋夹紧机构的优化替代方案。

Abstract:Screw-clamping mechanism is widely used in fixture.This kind of mechanism has simple structure and works firmly.But it is time-consuming and strenuous and may cause deformation,exerts an influence on machining accuracy.These advantages and disadvantages must be considered carefully when a fixture is to be designed.A fine replacement for screw-clamping mechanism in gear-hobbing fixture is presented in this article.
