疏水团聚-磁种法回收赤泥中铁的试验研究

摘    要:针对某含铁较高、含泥量大、微细粒含量高的赤泥,采用疏水团聚-磁种法进行了回收其中赤铁矿的试验研究,得出了该工艺的最佳磁感应强度、调浆浓度、搅拌时间、水玻璃用量、磁种用量、柴油和油酸用量,并将疏水团聚-磁种法与常规磁选法在各自最佳工艺技术条件下的选别效果进行了对比,得出用疏水团聚-磁种法处理赤泥矿比用常规磁选法提高精矿铁品位和回收率均在10个百分点左右。

Abstract:In view of red mud with high content of iron, mud, micro-fine particles,taking the method of recovering hematite recovery with the hydrophobic aggregation-magnetic seed method and got the optimal parameters in the process, such as the magnetic flux density, pulping concentration, stirring time, the dosage of sodium silicate, the amount of magnetic seeds,the dosage of diesel oil and oleic acid.Then separating effects of the hydrophobic aggregation-magnetic seed method are compared with that of the conventional magnetic separation technology at each best condition.It is obtained that iron grade and recovery are increased by about 10% separately with the former method, comparing with the later.
