| 摘 要： | 以研究一种新型机载质量流量计为依托,寻求一种能定量指导现代质量流量计设计的方法.首先对工作原理和主要元件结构特性进行了理论分析,主要针对主动轮结构进行研究.然后运用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)数值仿真软件计算出主动轮在各种结构各种尺寸下的变化趋势并取其最优值.仿真结果表明利用该方法定量指导实际的设计是可行的,此方法能够节约研究成本,缩短设计周期,是未来流量计设计的发展趋势.

| Abstract: | Based on the study of a new type of airborne mss flowmeter,it aims at searching a new method which can guide modern the design of modern mass flowmeter quantitatively.The principle and characteristic of major components of the mass flowmeter was studied at first,especially on the structure of diver.Then the trend of the driver with different structure and size was successfully simulated by CFD and the optimal value was caught.The result of the simulation shows that it is feasible to guide the design quantit... |
