摘    要:讨论自动磁粉探伤系统中数字图象处理问题。采用恒虚警技术和条件跟踪方法 ,得到了较好的二值化图象 ;采用树状连通域搜索和基于裂纹图象基本特征的识别方法 ,满足了自动磁粉探伤系统的要求

Abstract:The digital image processing method for automatic magnetic particle testing system was discussed. The constant false alarm rate (CFAR) technique and conditional tracking technique were applied to obtain high quality binary image. The dendriform searching method and identification algorithm based on the property of flaw were used to satisfy automatic magnetic particle testing.
