| Abstract: | Based on the problem of the metropolitan urban planning drafting system in China in the Transitional Period, this paper selects three cities: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, which started practical creativity in urban planning drafting system much earlier. The article compares the innovation background, characteristics and the implementation of the three cities, thus provide suggestions to other metropolitans in the improvement of urban planning drafting system. |
