基于CPLD的臭氧发生器电源的设计

摘    要:针对介质阻挡放电型臭氧发生器工作时容易出现波动和在容性控制策略下的臭氧发生器电源频率变化小这一特征,采取了一种基于逆变器输出电流进行频率跟踪控制的中、高频串联负载谐(?)式逆变电源的控制方案.本文详细分析了容性控制策略的工作原理和以可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)为核心控制芯片的实现过程,同时解决了发生器端电压过压问题.实验表明,采用可编程逻辑器件CPLD为核心的控制电路具有编程灵活,响应快,精度高,能完全满足容性控制策略和电源闭环控制的要求.

Abstract:in view of the fluctuated easily characteristic of dielectric barrier discharge type ozonizer and the small working frequency changing under Capacitive control strategy,a high frequency power supply based on frequency traced and closed-loop control strategy is adopted.The Capacitive control strategy is analysed in this paper. Complex Programmable Logic Device is used as the main controller. The control strategy is flexible,fast and precise.Experimentation manifests that the pedormance of the system based on CPLD is quick and stable,fulfilling totally the requisition of the Capacitive and closed-loop control strategy.
