刚伸臂在钢管混凝土高层框简结构体系中的工作性能

摘    要:目前在高层建筑中常采用框筒结构体系,为了增加结构的刚度而在体系中增设刚伸臂。分析了刚伸臂的作用有:增大了整个体系的抗弯刚度,减小了建筑物在水平力作用下的位移;同时增加了框架柱参与整体抗弯的比重。针对天津市通信楼工程,分析了设置刚伸臂及不同刚度的刚伸臂时,位移和内力的变化;以及刚伸臂设置的合理位置。对深圳市赛格广场大厦工程也进行了分析。获得的主要结论有:1.采用平面模型分析刚伸臂的作用时误差较大,应采用空间模型;2.刚伸臂设置数量随建筑物高度而异,200m左右的高层宜设三至四道,300m左右的宜设四至五道,设置位置应和技术设备层相结合;3.对钢管混凝土框筒结构体系,设少量刚伸臂时,不宜设于顶层。以上结论可供高层建筑中采用框筒结构体系时参考。

Abstract:At present,the frame-tube structural system is always used in tall buildings and the outriggers are set up to increase the rigidity of buildings and decrease the displacements under lat-eral loads while they are used to increase the proportion of bending moment from frame columns in the whole structure.The changes in displacement ,and inner forces of frame columns during set up of outriggers and rational location of outriggers are analyzed for Tianjing communication building.and Shengzhen SEG Plaza building.The main conclusions are:1)the space model should be used because the calculation error is larger if the frame of outriggers is analysed using the plane model;2)The number of outriggers is changed with the height of building,3to4outriggers are reasonable for building of about 200m tall;and4to5outriggers are reasonably for building of about 300m tall.The location of outriggers should be considered together with the location technical equipment stories.3)no outrigger should be located on the top story of building if the outriggers is less than 1 or 2.
