斜井压裂砂堵原因分析及解决办法

摘    要:斜井或定向井在压裂过程中,经常因出现砂堵导致施工失败。造成砂堵的原因在于多裂缝发育及裂缝发育形态复杂,近井摩阻高,支撑剂进入裂缝困难。采用小型压裂试验可以帮助了解地层情况,分析造成砂堵的原因,为主压裂设计的改进提供可靠依据。根据小型压裂试验结果,通过在主压裂中延长低砂浓度加砂时间,降低近井摩阻,消除多裂缝的方法,使主压裂顺利进行。

Abstract:Sand plug always occurred during fracturing in slant well or directional well. The reason is multi-fracture development and fracture sharp complicated, which can result in high friction near well and hard entering fracture for propping. Mini-fracture can obtain some parameters of formation and analysis the reason of sand slug, which can promote main fracturing design . Prolong adding sand time of low sand concentration to decrease friction near well and eliminate multi-fracture according to mini-fracture test,which can make the main fracturing go through successfully.
