| 摘 要： | 分析了石油库在收发油作业中容易出现的跑油、冒油和混油等七种事故的原因,指出问题的出现主要表现为接收来油不做入库化验,作业前检查不仔细,作业中人员不注意观察等,强调绝大多数石油库事故都与违反规章制度有关,要保证石油库的作业安全,按章办事是关键。

| Abstract: | Accidents such as leakage and mixture of oils are analyzed. Lack of test when receiving oils, careless check before operation, and lack of careful watch in operation are the main reasons for the accidents. Most accidents have to do with violation of regulations. Thus, it is key to work by rule. |
