新型微钻头横刃数控修磨的研究

摘    要:为了提高新型微钻头的钻削性能,提出了一种适合于微钻头的横刃修磨原理及方法。根据刃磨的运动关系建立了新型微钻头横刃修磨的数学模型并求出了刃磨参数。仿真结果表明:提出的横刃修磨方法效果好。

Abstract:To raise drilling performance of new micro - drill, a novel method was advanced for reginding of chisel edge. Based on the kinematic relationship of regrinding, a mathematical model was established for the chisel edge regrinding and the solution of grinding parameter was obtained. The results of computer simulation demonstrate that the proposed method is effective in regrinding chisel edge.
