| 摘 要： | 阐述了冲压型GCr15板带轴承钢的特点,提出了生产该用途轴承钢铝脱氧的必要性和优越性,并实践了不同冶炼阶段加铝的实际效果,并讨论了炉渣碱度对加铝工艺及钢中最终Als含量的影响. |

| Abstract: | The characteristics of press forming type GCr15 bearing steel strip are described in this paper.The necessity and advantage of deoxidization with aluminum for producing this type bearing steel are put forward.The actual effects of feeding aluminum in different melting stages are practised and the influence of slag basicity on the aluminum feeding process and final Als content in steel is discussed in this paper. |
