变压器骨架用高性能工程塑料研究

摘    要:文中主要对聚苯硫醚、聚醚酰亚胺、聚醚醚酮、聚醚砜4种高性能工程塑料的性能进行了详述,对其是否能够替代传统变压器骨架材料——聚砜进行了研究。主要验证了4种工程塑料的机械加工性能,在极性溶剂浸泡条件下的耐溶剂性,以及在高低温环境试验和温度冲击试验下的稳定性。试验证明,聚苯硫醚、聚醚酰亚胺、聚醚醚酮完全可以替代聚砜成为绝缘结构件的选用材料。

Abstract:This article expatiates the properties of four kinds of high performance engineering plastic - PPS, PEI, PEEK, PES, and discusses whether they can replace PSU which is the material traditionally used to make transformer framework. Through machining property test, solvent resistance test, high-low temperature cycle environmental test and temperature impaction test, it is proved that PSU can be replaced by PPS, PEI, PEEK as the material for manufacturing insulation structure.
