基于改进混合粒子群算法的电力系统无功优化

摘    要:引入局部搜索能力强的共轭梯度法对粒子群算法进行改进,在粒子群算法陷入停滞时,把当前最优解作为共轭梯度法的初始点,再用共轭梯度法做运算,使算法跳出局部最优,大大改善了粒子群算法的性能.将该混合算法用于求解 IEEE30节点系统无功优化问题,算例结果验证了该算法的有效性.

Abstract:Conjugate gradient algorithm with strong local search ability is used.When algorithm stalled,the conjugate gradient algorithm is introduced to continue calculation using the current optimal solution as the initial point.This operation help the algorithm jump out of the local optimum and greatly improve the performance of the algorithm.The hybrid algorithm is used for solving reactive power optimization problem.The numerical results prove the convergence property of the proposed algorithm.
