摘    要:在钢板轧制过程中,由于温度、板坯塑性形变率、压下比等因素的影响,终轧钢板的形变总是不均匀的.为此本文结合厚板生产工艺分析了立辊轧制在厚板平面形状控制中的作用,它的研究应用在板型平面优化控制中提供了很好的技术支持.

Abstract:During the rolling of plate,the profile change of the final plates has always been not uniform due to the impact from the temperature,plate plastification ratio and reduction ratio,etc.This paper combined with production technology analysis of the vertical rolling in heavy plate shape control function,Its research application in plate plane optimization control provided a good technical support.
