| Abstract: | The dielectric properties of composite were influenced by not only the structure of matrix resin, reinforcing fiber and interface, but also temperature and moisture absorption. The ideal resin structure and glass fiber for the low dielectric composite have been discussed. The development of low dielectric composite has been introduced. |
