20g钢的冲蚀磨损性能的研究

摘    要:采用气流喷砂型实验机,试验研究20g钢的冲蚀磨损性能。结果表明,20g钢是典型的金属塑性材料,其耐冲蚀磨损性能比较差。其冲蚀率峰值出现在30°附近(在本实验条件),其冲蚀磨损机理在攻角小于30°之前以切削模型为主,在攻角大于30°之后以局部塑性变形模型为主。其冲蚀磨损没有明显的孕育期,直接进入了持续期,冲蚀失重随冲击时间的增加而增加。冲击速度对20g钢的冲蚀磨损有很大的影响,其冲击速度与冲蚀率成指数关系,在本实验条件下,其指数为2.23。表明在高速时,20g钢的冲蚀磨损严重。

Abstract:Using flow sand jet experimental machine, the erosion wear performance of 20g steel was studied. The research indicates that 20g steel is a kind of typical plastic metal, its performance of wear is worse. In this condition, its highest wear rale occurs in about 30°. The wear mechanism and laws of 20g steel is mainly cutting model when the attacking angle is less than 30°, otherwise is mainly local transmutation model. The weightlessness is increasing with attacking time. And wear rate is exponential relationship with attacking velocity, p = 2.23. So 20g steel not adaptive to work in condition containing too much particles.
