电袋复合式除尘器的发展趋势分析

摘    要:针对目前火力发电厂燃煤品质不断下降和除尘器出口排放要求的不断提高,限于场地因素的限制及国际上不断增长的钢材价格,单纯的电除尘器一方面已不能满足国家对出口排放低于50 mg/Nm3的要求,另一方面对于设备造价而言,电除尘器的造价呈现越来越高的趋势,而布袋由原来的纯进口逐渐转变为国外进口、国内缝制,加工周期越来越短,品质越来越高,价格也呈现下降的趋势.鉴于这些原因,文章认为,袋式除尘器,尤其是电袋复合式除尘器会在我国今后很长一段时间内迅速发展.

Abstract:Considering the decrease of coal quality,more tight requirement on exhaust emission of dust collector,space constrain,the rise of steel price in international market,only the electric precipitator can not meet the national requirement on exhaust emission which is lower than 50mg/Nm3.On the other hand,the total cost of electric precipitator is higher while the cost of bag is becoming lower due to less dependant on export,instead,the bag was manufactured in China and the production time is short and the quality is good.Therefore,it is considered that the bag collector,especially the electric-bag composite dust collector will develop quickly in a long term in China.
