| 摘 要： | B2C电子商务是企业与消费者之间的电子商务模式,使用Intemet为技术支撑,为消费者提供服务.本文对B2C模式的电子商务类型进行了评述,分析了我国目前B2C电子商务存在的问题,同时为解决这些问题提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | B2C E-commerce is one mode of E-commerce between businesses and consumers. B2C E-commerce mode which is based on intemet provides services for consumers.The electronic commerce type on B2C mode were reviewed. The existing problems of B2C E-commerce were analyzed in our country. Meanwhile, corresponding countermeasures were put forward to solve these problems. |
