| 摘 要： | 针对大型应用系统运维过程中出现的问题，利用现有系统资源，开发运维平台，实现运维事务系统化管理。通过制定业务群组、业务角色、运维环节、事务类型、处理流程，实现运维事务流转，方便处理和跟踪，提高处理效率，为应用系统的完善和审计提供依据。

| Abstract: | Focusing on all the problems from running and servicing processes over the large scale application system and taking use of current system resources, developed in-operation platform to implement real-time transaction management.With definition on business groups, business roles, operation chains, transaction types, handling flow, operational transaction can be fulfilled smoothly, which is convenient for handling and inquiring, and provides the fundamental data for improvement and audit on the information system. |
