全钢载重子午线轮胎成型机扇形块改造及成型工艺改进

摘    要:对全钢载重子午线轮胎成型机扇形块结构、胶条沟槽形状进行重新设计,使扇形块撑起后扇形块连接处缝隙减至最小,更接近于真圆,从而使胎坯胎圈处材料更紧实,防止胎体帘线内抽造成废品。相比同机型的产品,成品轮胎胎圈部位材料分布均匀,且成品轮胎胎圈气泡修品率下降至2.52%,胎圈耐久性能平均提高10%。

Abstract:In this study,the fan-shaped block and the groove shape for truck and bus radial tire building machine were re-designed,so that the junction gap was reduced to the minimum when the fanshaped block was lifted in position.With the new design,the materials of the bead were more compact,which could reduce the pull out of carcass cords.Compared with the products from similar tire building machine,the materials of the bead were distributed uniformly,the repairing rate due to bead bubble was reduced to 2.52%,and the bead durability increased by 10% on average.
