| 摘 要： | 文章基于SPSS Clemenfinel2．0数据挖掘平台，分别运用K-means和TwoStep两种聚类算法对所收集的客户数据建立模型。利用该模型结果对邮政快递CRM中的测试样本进行分析，从而帮助我们采取措施以最大限度地挽留客户。
