聚酰胺纳米SiO2热喷涂涂层拉压性能研究

摘    要:用热喷涂技术把聚酰胺纳米SiO2喷涂在钢制机体上,采用拉力机、200电子扫描显微镜从宏观和微观结构2个方面测试涂层的力学性能,并观察和分析受力后晶相组织的变化。结果表明:热喷涂聚酰胺纳米SiO2复合涂层比纯聚酰胺涂层表面分子团间的结合性好,即使受力变形也很少裂开,涂层裂纹不明显。

Abstract:Use the thermal spray technology to put the polyamide and nano SiO2 coating over steel fabric, and use pull machines and 200 electronic scanning microscopes from both the macro and micro structure of the mechanics to testing coating performance, and observe and analysis the series of changes in organizations. As can be seen from figure compared to pure polyamide coating, the polyamide and nano SiO2 composite coating have a better combination performance between the mission, it is rarely open even though the edge deformation, and the coating cracks are not evident.
