改性芦苇对印染废水中Pb^2+的吸附研究

摘    要:用15%氢氧化钠对芦苇进行改性制成芦苇吸附剂,并进一步研究了该吸附剂对印染废水中Pb^2+的吸附过程。考察了吸附剂投加量、吸附时间、pH值以及溶液初始浓度等因素对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:在含Pb^2+为40-160 mg/L的模拟废水中,吸附剂用量为2 g/L、粒径为150μm、pH值为4的最佳实验条件下,吸附120 min后基本达到平衡,去除率最高可达95%以上。吸附过程可用Langmuir等温方程较好地拟合,改性芦苇对Pb^2+的最大吸附量为144.1 mg/L。

Abstract:The reed was modified with 15% sodium hydroxide and became an absorbent. This absorbent was applied to absorb the Pb^2+ from printing and dyeing wastewater. The effect of the concentration of dosage and pH value of the absorbent, as well as the initial concentration and absorption time, on the absorption results was investigated with the simulated wastewater whose Pb^2+ content was 40 - 160 mg/L. It was found that when the absorbent dosage was 2 g/L, the grain size was 150 μm, the pH was 4 and the absorption time was 120 min, the Pb^2+ re moval rate was up to 95%. The absorption process can be preferably fitted with Langmuir isothermal equation, which indicates that the maximum absorbing capacity of the modified reed to Pb^2+ could reach 144.1 mg/g.
