| 摘 要： | 文章根据现代综合评价理论,利用AHP和数理统计的分析方法,对学生评教评价体系进行分析研究,建立了以学生为主体、具有不同评价标准的学生评教综合评价方法。此方法合理解决了以往评价标准的主观性强、评价标准单一化的问题;解决了不同学科类型的评价主体(学生)对不同专业教师评价的可比性问题;解决了信息反馈功能不强的问题。对教师改进课堂教学、学校对教师教学质量监控提供有效的帮助,也为学校对教师考核提供参考。

| Abstract: | A student - based comprehensive teaching assessment method was developed with analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and mathematical statistics. By this method, problems of traditional methods such as simplified e- valuation standard, the evaluation comparability of students in different specialties to teachers of different disciplines and information feedback can be solved. |
