螺杆泵抽油杆柱的动态受力分析与工艺设计

摘    要:对螺杆泵抽油杆运动轨迹进行描述,通过受力分析对抽油杆柱进行载荷计算与强度设计,应用抽油杆柱瞬态动力学分析的有限单元法,建立抽油杆柱瞬态动力学分析模型和抽油杆柱的动力学方程,应用设计软件对抽油杆进行优选、强度设计和较核,并对抽油杆柱扶正器安放位置进行优化。

Abstract:The trail of sucker rod using in screw pump well has been described in this paper,and the load calculation,intensity design have been given by means of the analyzing dynamic force of sucker rod.The instant dynamic analysis model and sucker rod dynamic equation have been established by means of the finite element method of sucker rod instant dynamic analysis.The intensity inspection?optimum selection of sucker rod?and optimum place of centralizer on the rod have done by means of the designing software.
