综合机械化固体充填采煤原位沿空留巷技术

摘    要:针对综合机械化固体充填采煤原位沿空留巷的技术难点,在分析该条件下沿空留巷围岩结构力学模型的基础上,提出了综合机械化固体充填采煤巷旁充填原位沿空留巷的新技术。此项技术有3个关键方面:一是合理组织采煤、充填与留巷在时间与空间上的配合;二是针对原巷道设计合理可靠的支护形式,并保证采空区充填体的密实度;三是沿空留巷巷旁充填体的形式及锚杆、钢带、钢筋梯梁及金属网的组合加固方案设计。现场工业性试验表明,该技术条件下的沿空留巷巷道两帮位移最大46 mm,顶底板移近最大87 mm,采空区充填体与巷旁充填体共同控制了顶板活动,留巷维护效果良好。

Abstract:Aimed at the technical difficulties of gob side entry retaining in fully mechanized coalface with solid material backfilling(GERFCSMB)and based on the analysis of reasonable model of surrounding rock structure,a new technique of entry side packing on its original position was put forward.There are three key aspects:① To organize operations of coal mining,backfilling and entry retaining reasonable in time and space at the same time;② To design reliable support form for the original entry,and ensure the density of backfilling body in the mined out area;③ To determine the entry side packing body form and design reinforcement for it with combination of bolt,steel strip,ladder shaped steel and metal mesh(BSLM).By carrying out the industrial test,the field measurement shows that the maximum displacement of two ribs is 46 mm and the maximum convergence between roof and floor is 87 mm;the backfilling body and entry side packing body control the activities of the overlying strata together.
