施工期钻井井壁混凝土应变实测分析

摘    要:介绍了温家庄铁矿副井钻井井壁施工期间井壁混凝土应变光纤光栅实测方案,分析了混凝土应变变化规律,结果表明:施工期井壁混凝土以受压为主,环向应变大于竖向应变,应变变化阶段与施工工序相对应。漂浮下沉阶段混凝土应变呈现“双线性”特点,实测应变与导出公式计算值相吻合;增加配重水阶段环向压应变减小而竖向压应变略有增加;首次注浆阶段压应变显著减小,个别出现拉应变;后3次注浆阶段压应变先增加后减小,环向应变变化大于竖向应变;抽排配重水阶段环向压应变显著增加,竖向应变变化不大;二次补注浆阶段压应变先增加后减小,但幅度较前述注浆时有所减小。

Abstract:The scheme based on the Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) for measuring the concrete strains of the drilling shaft lining during sinking of Wenjiazhuang Iron Ore Mine auxiliary shaft was introduced,and the variation of the measured strains was discussed.The results show that the concrete bear compressive strain during drilling sinking,the tangent compressive strain is greater than the vertical and the strain variation phases is corresponding to the sinking phases.In the floating and dropping phase the strain curves ...
