聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺短纤维在高温下的力学性能

摘    要:聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)纤维具有优良的耐热性,通过对进口PPTA短纤维和两种国产PPTA短纤维耐高温性能的研究,探讨在不同温度和停留时间下其力学性能和外观色相的变化情况。结果表明:进口和国产PPTA短纤维耐高温性能相差不大。

Abstract:Poly(p-phenylene terephalamide) (PPTA) fibers have good heat resistant property. The high tem- perature resistance and impact resistance of an imported PPTA "staple fiber and two local made PPTA sta- ple fibers are investigated, the changes of mechanical properties and appearance under different tempera- ture and residence time are discussed. The results show that there is no big difference in temperature re- sistance between imported and local made PPTA staple fibers.
