世界主要铁矿资源国家矿业市场环境评价研究

摘    要:矿业市场环境是影响矿产资源开发的重要外部条件,其评价优劣对海外矿产资源开发具有重要的意义。首先对矿业市场环境主要影响因素进行了识别,建立了矿业市场环境评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定了指标权重;其次,确定了评价对象,对评价指标进行了分级,建立了常权评价模型;第三,建立了变权综合评价模型,并与常权评价结果进行对比。研究结果表明:所建立的模型具有较好的理论与实际应用价值,得出了各国矿业市场环境优劣的排序,该结果与实际较为吻合,可为我国矿业企业海外铁矿资源开发国别选择提供重要参考依据。

Abstract:The mining market environment is the important external factor affecting the exploration of mineral resources,and the evaluation on it is significant for the development of overseas mineral resources. Firstly,the main factors influencing the mining market environment are identified,and an assessment index system is established to determine the weight of each index by analytical hierarchy process; Then,the model based on constant weight is built by determining the evaluation subject and classifying the evaluation index. Finally,the integrated assessment model based on the variable weight is established,and the evaluation results of both models are compared with each other. The research indicated that with better theoretic and application value,the models being built gained the ranking of the mining market environment for different countries according to its merits. This rank is more consistent with the reality,and can be used as an important reference to select the overseas iron ore resources for China's mining companies.
