叉车制动力检测系统原理及实现

摘    要:介绍反力式滚筒叉车制动力检测系统的基本结构和基本原理,在此基础上介绍了一种新型的分布式智能模块测控系统,给出了该系统的软硬件设计结构。最后提出了制动力误差补偿的方法并通过现场实测进行了检验。

Abstract:Based on introducing the basic structure and theory of forklift braking force detection system, a new type distributed intelligent module and its measurement control system were introduced and the soft and hardware structure of the system were given. At last, the method of error compensation of braking force was brought up and checked up through the real measurement on the spot.
