摘    要:电动汽车规模化接入电网会对配电网的安全运行造成负面影响,研究如何控制电动汽车的充放电过程有利于配电网的安全经济运行。以削峰填谷作为优化目标,建立了基于电动汽车与电网互动(V2G)技术的光储式电动汽车充电站系统模型,提出了电动汽车定时模式、定峰模式、负荷整形模式以及V2G与储能配合模式4种有序充放电策略。基于MATLAB软件平台的算例仿真结果表明,所提策略可在一定程度上起到削峰填谷的作用,验证了所提策略的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Large-scale access of electric vehicles to the power grid has a negative impact on the safe operation of the distribution network. The study on how to control the charging and discharging process of electric vehicles is conducive to safe and economical operation of the distribution network. Taking peak load shifting as the optimization target, the V2G-based PV charging station system model is established. Four sequential charge and discharge strategies are proposed:electric vehicle timing mode, fixed peak mode, load shaping, V2G and energy storage coordination. The simulation results based on the MATLAB/Simulink software platform show that the proposed strategy can play a role of peak load shifting to a certain extent, and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
