摘    要:以屋顶分布式光伏发电系统为研究对象,构建了考虑建筑容积率和建筑密度影响的电力供需模型。针对不同类型建筑的数值进行分析,结果表明,对任一建筑密度,减小建筑容积率可提高屋顶光伏发电系统的发电量;对任一特定建筑,存在某临界容积率,使得光伏发电系统发电量大于需求侧电负荷。

Abstract:Based on the roof distributed photovoltaic (PV) system, a supply-demand model is developed for the power system while considering the influence of regional building density and plot ratio. According to the numerical analysis of different types of buildings, for the same building density, the output of the PV system can be enhanced by reducing the building plot ratio. On the other hand, for a specific building, there exists a critical plot rate, which makes the PV system ge-nerate more power than the local demands.
