ZHL无氰刷镀银的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了ZHL无氰镀银液在刷镀工艺上的应用。确定了电压为2.0~2.5 V,移动速度为0.2~1.0 cm/s,镀液温度35~45℃,母液与水体积比为1∶1的最佳刷镀工艺条件。工作效率为每次刷镀镀层增厚约0.03μm,镀层结晶颗粒在10~30 nm,硬度为90±5 HV。一次刷镀可使样品的光泽度增加约15%。对于特殊镀件可采用10~25 V的高电压刷镀方法,具有镀速快的特点。镀后用2000目以上的砂纸轻轻擦拭灰色表层,即可获得光洁、白亮的镀银层,优于或相当于氰化刷镀银工艺的质量。

Abstract:The application of ZHL non-cyanide silver plating solution to brush plating was studied. The rationalized conditions were as follows,voltage was 2.0-2.5 V,speed was 0.2-1.0 cm/s,plating solution temperature was 35-45 ℃,ratio of mother liquor and water was 1∶1. Under these conditions,the flat and bright silver plating layer can be obtained with 10-30 nm grain size and 90±5 HV hardness. Moreover,the coating thickness was increased proportionally by 0.03 μm for each brushing operation. A brush plating can increase the glossiness of the sample by about 15 %. It was also demonstrated that for some special working pieces,the plating at high voltage(15-25 V)was applicable. After a moderate after-treatment with sandpaper,the bright and white plating layer can be obtained,which was better than or equal to the quality of cyanide brush silver plating process.
