基于RS485接口的煤矿井下通信总线的研究

摘    要:详细分析了影响RS485总线通信质量的各种因素,并根据煤矿井下的特殊环境设计了满足本质安全特性要求的RS485接口电路。通过AT89C52的单片机系统与PLC之间的通信,进一步验证了该设计的正确性、合理性和实用性。

Abstract:The various factors which influence on the communication quality of RS485 bus had been(analyzed) in details,and an intrinsically safe RS485 interface circuit was designed according to conditions in coal mine underground in this paper. The exactness,rationality and practicability of the communication bus were verified by the communication between single-chip microcomputer AT89C52 and PLC.
