海藻酸盐包覆二氧化钛微球的制备与其光催化性能

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法将纳米二氧化钛装载入海藻酸钙(CA)凝胶微球,尝试二氧化钛的固化和循环多次使用。二氧化钛的前驱物是在常温下钛酸丁酯和三乙醇胺反应得到,同时该溶液中含有海藻酸钠和碳酸钠,缓慢滴入氯化钙。利用KCl-HCl混合溶液来调节pH值,形成内部是二氧化钛,外部包裹海藻酸钙的核壳结构。采用XRD,FTIR和TEM来表征该二氧化钛-海藻酸钙光催化剂的结构。XRD表明该催化剂内部二氧化钛是锐钛矿结构,FTIR显示该催化剂含有海藻酸钙。TEM照片显示催化剂的颗粒尺寸基本达到纳米级,分布范围在500~1000nm,结合实验表明其尺寸与氯化钙、海藻酸钠和四氯化钛摩尔比,pH等有关。以甲基橙为光催化降解对象,采用UV-vis吸收光谱表示降解程度,结果表明该催化剂和自制二氧化钛相比有着更优秀的催化能力。样品稳定性实验循环使用次数和退色率拟合符合Boltzmann函数规律递减。

Abstract:A novel method has been developed to overload anatase nano-photocatalyst into calcium alginate (CA) beads in this study. CA beads are used in many applications as matrices for release or immobilization. The problems of anatase nano-photocatalyst stability and recycle are well known in fact.
