铁矿石载氧体串行流化床煤化学链燃烧运行分析

摘    要:化学链燃烧是一种基于零排放理念的能够在煤燃烧过程中实现CO2内分离的具有很好应用前景的燃烧方式.基于东南大学1kWth串行流化床反应器,在对基于铁矿石载氧体煤化学链燃烧技术的基本概念与特点介绍的基础上,对铁矿石载氧体煤化学链燃烧特性进行实验研究分析.研究结果表明:铁矿石载氧体的存在显著提高了煤气化速率,燃料反应器出口CO2浓度将近90%,燃料反应器出口未检测到C2-C4碳氢化合物.煤种对铁矿石载氧体化学链燃烧特性影响较大,神华烟煤由于在燃料反应器较易气化,其化学链燃烧过程中碳转化率和CO2捕集效率均高于淮北无烟煤.在燃料反应器为970℃时,神华烟煤CO2捕集效率为82%,高于淮北无烟煤的65%.

Operation analysis of chemical looping combustion of coal with iron ore oxygen carrier in interconnected fluidized bed reactor
Abstract:Chemical looping combustion(CLC) is a very promising technology with inherent CO2 separation based on zero emissions concept during coal combustion process.The basic concept and characterization of CLC of coal with iron ore as oxygen carrier was illustrated.Also,experiments with iron ore as oxygen carrier with coal was performed in the 1 kWth interconnected fluidized bed of Southeast University.Results show that the coal gasification process is accelerated by the presence of iron ore oxygen carriers.In the exit of the fuel reactor,the CO2 concentration can reach 90%.There is no C2-C4 hydrocarbons evolution in the exit of the fuel reactor.Further,the coal type has a significant influence on the performance of CLC.The carbon capture efficiency and CO2 capture efficiency for Shenhua bituminous coal are higher than the Huabei anthracite,since the Shenhua bituminous coal is easy to be gasified in the fuel reactor.At a fuel reactor temperature of 970℃,the CO2 capture efficiency for Shenhua bituminous coal is 82%,whereas the one for Huabei anthracite is only 65%.
