摘    要:本文建立了在电感耦合等离子体光谱仪上测定高纯铅中痕量铁、镉、镍的方法。采用硝酸溶解试样,用硫酸沉淀大量基体铅,在5%硝酸介质中用ICP-AES法测定上层清液,并对该方法的检出限、沉淀吸附、准确度、精密度等做了实验,测定范围为0.00002%-0.0005%,回收率为97%-107%,变异系数2%。该方法操作简便快捷,适合日常生产分析。

Abstract:In this paper a determination method of trace iron,cadmium,nickel in high purity lead ingot is built by ICP-AES.In this method the sample is dissolved by nitric acid,matrix lead is precipitated by sulfuric acid and the sample is measured in 5% nitric acid medium by ICP-AES.The detection limit,sediment adsorption,accuracy and precision experiments are done.The measurement range of this method was 0.00002%-0.0005%.The recoveries was 97%-107%,and the coefficient of variation was smaller than 2%.The operation o...
