基于PIC16F84的电磁阀式IC卡水表设计研究

摘    要:利用现代化智能技术对自来水供应实行自动监控,不仅是适应国家用水制度的改革的需要,而且是解决供水部门抄表收费过程中所存在系列问题的内在要求。研究开发的电磁阀式Ic卡水表能够满足上述功能要求。其硬件电路的核心部件是PIC16F84可编程单片机芯片,并配置有阀门、流量传感器、Ic卡读/写器等外部元件。软件设计上实现了控制、显示及报警等功能,芯片具有数据可擦写次数多、数据保持时间长等优点。应用该产品可以把即时用水即时付费变成现实,改变了先用水后收费的不合理现状,有利于公用事业的发展。

Abstract:Electromagnetic valve IC card water meter is an intelligent method for water supply monitoring. The key components of hardware circuits of the meter are programmable PIC16F84 mierocontroller chips . The external components consist of valve, flow sensor/W card, and so on. Its functions such as control, display and alarm are buit-in by software design. Data on the chips can be erased many times, and can also be maintained for a long time. The product makes it possible to use water and charge the fee be done instantly, which would contribute to the development of public utilities.
