摘    要:以Ti(SO4)2水溶液为前驱物,尿素为沉淀剂,采用水热法制备了锐钛矿型TiO2薄膜研究了该薄膜光降解苯甲酸的性能以及TiO2薄膜光催化降解有机物的机理。

Abstract:A glass supported TiO 2 thin film has been prepared by hydrothermal treating the mixed solution of Ti(SO 4) 2 and urea. Photocatalytic properties of the film were investigated by measuring the degradation of benzoic acid under UV light irradiation. It was found that the as obtained film showed good photocatalytic activity. The path of degradation was discussed.
