| 摘 要： | 通过对煤炭价格的研究评述和煤炭大宗交易价格有效性和规范性问题的归纳,提出了现货电子交易和煤炭期货的煤炭市场建设思路,用其规范高效的价格发现功能对煤炭价格形成机制进行充实和完善,同时解决煤炭大宗交易的价格有效性、规范性和信用风险问题,并提炼了运作思路、交易机制和实施方案.

| Abstract: | This paper proposes the thinking about the coal market foundation of the online transaction and futures,on the review of the coal price research and the problem of the block transaction about the efficiency and standardization.The price determining mechanism will be made more perfect by the price discovery of the online transaction and furfures,and the problems of the block transaction will be solved. |
