仲钼酸铵热分解过程的研究

摘    要:通过TG-DSC分析仪和激光粒度分析仪对仲钼酸铵在空气中热分解过程进行分析,研究结果表明,仲钼酸铵在空气中的热分解过程经历了3个阶段:室温至222.6℃之间仲钼酸铵失去结晶水;222.6~240.7℃之间仲钼酸铵热分解了部分氨根离子;240.7~248.7℃之间氨根离子完全分解,同时有亚稳态的氧化钼生成,从248.7~322.5℃之间亚稳态的氧化钼发生相变生成了稳态的三氧化钼。与此同时,在322.5~500.0℃之间,温度对产物粒径的影响最大;在248.7~322.5℃之间,温度对产物粒径的影响次之;在室温至322.5℃之间,温度对产物粒径的影响不明显。

Abstract:The pyrolytic decomposition of ammonium paramolybdate was analyzed by TG-DSC and laser granulometer.The results show that there are three stages in the process of pyrolytic decomposition of ammonium paramolybdates in the air.The crystal water in ammonium paramolybdates got lost from room temperature to 222.6 ℃.The partial ammonia ion in ammonium paramolybdates was decomposed from 222.6 ℃ to 248.7 ℃,and metastable molybdenum oxide was formed.Metastable molybdenum oxide turned into molybdic oxide from 248.7 ℃ to 322.5 ℃.At the same time,the influence of temperature on the particle size of the decomposition was the greatest from 322.5 ℃ to 500.0 ℃,greater from 248.7 ℃ to 322.5 ℃ and not obvious from room temperature to 322.5 ℃.
