MgO─CeO2烧结助剂对常压烧结氮化硅陶瓷致密化和性能的影响

摘    要:系统研究了MgOCeO2烧结助剂对常压烧结氮化硅陶瓷致密化过程及其性能的影响,发现MgOCeO2是一种非常有效的烧结助剂,其致密化效果比单独用MgO或CeO2要好得多,常压烧结的Si3N4MgOCeO2陶瓷,相对密度为98.5%,室温强度可达948MPa。

Abstract:An investigation of the pressureless sintering of Si 3N 4 with MgO CeO 2 revealed that MgO CeO 2 is a much more effective sintering aid for silicon nitride than either MgO or CeO 2. The amount of MgO CeO 2 and MgO/CeO 2 mass ratio have strong influence on the densification behaviour and mechanical properties of the sintered materials. The silicon nitride pressurelessly sintered with MgO CeO 2 retains a relative density of 98.5% and a bending strength of 948 MPa.
