工作辊高铬钢淬回火热模拟研究

摘    要:为系统研究高铬钢在淬回火过程中的组织、性能、碳化物及物相的转变,对工作辊高铬钢进行热模拟试验。通过金相法、扫描电子显微观察、能谱分析、X射线衍射及硬度检测等手段,系统研究了固态高铬钢材质在热模拟工艺下的组织转变规律及硬度变化趋势。

Abstract:A systematic study of microstructure,performance,carbide and phase transformation of high chromium steel in quenching and tempering process has been done.Through the methods of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis,X ray diffraction and hardness test,the systematic research of microstructure transformation and the change trend of hardness properties of high chrome steel material in thermal simulation experiment has been studied.
