分户供暖计量系统的设计及实现

摘    要:针对中国当前供暖的实际情况,对分户供暖计量系统进行了研究。采用DSP及其他可编程芯片设计出系统的硬件部分,说明了信号采集模块、DSP、外围电路模块和CAN总线接口模块的结构及工作原理。在用户级部分,DSP控制单元自动地将采集到温度差与流量信号两者相乘得出热量值,用户可随时查询并控制供暖状态。在管理级部分,利用V isual Basic开发出了操作站中央管理计算机的操作界面,管理员能实时掌握用户的供热信息。该系统能准确计量用户的实际耗热量,避免了热能的浪费,具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:An individual household heating metering system was studied.Its hardware consists of DSP and other programmable chips.The structures and working principle of the signal acquisition module,DSP,peripheral circuits and CAN bus interface module are described.In the user-level part,the quantity of heat can be calculated in the DSP control unit automatically by multiplying collected signal values of temperature difference and flux.Users can query and control heating state at any time.In the management-level part,the operation interface of the central management computer in the operating station was developed with Visual Basic,by which administrators can keep informed on the real-time heating situation of the users.By such a system,we can accurately measure the actual heat quantity and avoid energy waste.
