矿热炉设计制造标准探讨

摘    要:我国铁合金矿热炉设计与制造,至今未有统一的标准,相同容量(kVA)与相同产品的矿热炉参数结构差别较大,对其制作的质量评定,无统一标准。文章从矿热电炉设计原则、形式结构、质量评价与技术经济指标进行讨论,提出些个人看法、观点,以期达到认识的统一,确定基本的设计准则与质量评价,有利于铁合金行业矿热炉装备的发展与稳定。

Abstract:There are not uniform measuring standards of designing and producing submerged arc furnace of ferroalloy so far in our country.Current submerged arc furnace , even being in the same capacity (kVA) or belonging to the same type of products , have quite different parameter structures and not uniform standards of quality assessments . Based on discussions of the designing principles , the types and structures , the quality assessments , and the technological and economical indexes , this article puts forward some individual opinions in order to reach the unification of the recognition , make sure of the basic designing principles and quality assessments , which will benefit the development and balance of the equipment of the ferroalloy industry . produce high nitrogen ferrochrome. It not only utilizes former equipment, but also reduces cost obviously.
