管式泵最大下入深度的计算方法及应用

摘    要:管式抽油泵在柱塞下行过程中,既受到泵筒内液体压力又受到轴向载荷的作用,此时的工况最不稳定,必须限制泵的下入深度以确保泵筒工作正常。文章采用第四强度理论来确定最大下泵深度,并在文留油田的应用中取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:During the down stroke of plunger , tubing pump not only suffers hydraulic pressure from internal liquid string but also burdens axial load, so this is in the most unstable working conditions. It is necessary to limit the pump depth. This paper adopts the fourth theory of strength to decide the maximum depth of tubing pump. A better effectiveness is attained through applying the method in Wenliu Oilfield.
