| 摘 要： | 数字化城市管理与指挥系统主要以计算机网络技术和现代通信技术为支撑，实现资源共享，便于政府各个部门实现数据信息的实时和动态交换，缩短了工作时间，提高了反应速度。应急联动系统将属性数据和空间数据、视频／音频信息、语音信息控制等紧密地结合在一起，使得整个城市应急联动信息的管理更加方便快捷和形象直观，实现城市应急联动管理的计算机自动化，同时可为管理者的应急指挥提供信息支持。

| Abstract: | Digital City Management and Integrated Emergency Response System(CIERS)are based on computer network and telecommunication technologies,which make inter-governmental information sharing and exchanging to be implemented.CIERS combines the attribute data,spatial data,DV/AV information,Voice information which can make the management of City Integrated Emergency Response System more convenient and easier.The management based on the computer technologies can provide information for the emergency command. |
