| 摘 要： | 对“山西省电力公司电力开关厂”与“许继集团电气股份有限公司”合资生产电力开关控制设备项目进行了介绍及经济评价,定性分析了双方合作优势互补的多赢局面;定量分析了项目内部经济效益,包括确定性分析、不确定性分析及多因素敏感性分析。目前山西晋能许继电气有限公司运行状况良好,与项目初期预测情况基本吻合。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces and evaluates economically the project about producing switches and controllers by way of joint venture.The paper analyses qualitatively the mutual winning situation by cooperation and benefitting each other and quantitatively economic effect within the project,including certainty analysis,uncertainty annalysis,and multi-factor sensitivity analysis.Until now the company has been operating well,basically in accordance with the original prediction. |
